US Army 501st Infantry Regiment Unit Crest Pin, Item 2

US Army 501st Infantry Regiment unit crest pin in used/very good condition. This silver-tone metal unit crest features a polished shield with a blue and red Thunderbird emblem above a blue scroll inscribed "GERONIMO" in raised lettering. The reverse is maker marked "BZ Co Denmark, N.Y. 10012, Made in U.S.A." and fitted with two clutch-back posts for secure attachment to a military uniform or display.

The pin retains good colour and crisp enamel detail with light surface marks consistent with previous use. A genuine surplus insignia representing the 501st Infantry Regiment and an excellent addition to any US military insignia collection.
